Towards the end of the 70s, the couple Claudio and Elizabeth Vera Loza created the first Hotel Rosario, located in the Historic Center of La Paz, the most traditional and picturesque neighborhood of the Bolivian Government House.

With great affection, effort and dedication they attended their guests and trained their employees, achieving a synergy that allowed them to grow year after year and gain the recognition that up until today positions them as excellent hosts.

As tourism grew in Bolivia, the Vera Loza couple expanded their family business and opened their second hotel, the Hotel Rosario Lago Titicaca, located in Copacabana, on the shores of the highest navigable lake in the world, keeping of course the kind essence and warm that made them a great hotel reference in the country.

As if that were not enough, and to provide an integral service to their travelers, they also created Turisbus, a tour operator with which they could guarantee an extraordinary experience to their travelers who sought to travel the most important points of Bolivia in a safe and professional manner.

Years later, and already as expert hotel hosts, the Vera Loza family continued betting on the development of their country and ventured into the creation of two new hotels: the Hotel Rosario La Paz Sur, the second in La Paz, located in one of the most modern and elegant areas of the city, and the Hotel Rosario Uyuni, a destination increasingly frequented by travelers and where there is little accommodation offer.

And this is how the Rosario Hotels family has grown over the years, not only in buildings but also in personnel trained to promote the values that Claudio and Elizabeth have dedicated so much to strengthening in all that time: it is possible to do a great job and set your country high when the work is done with love.
